1, theory

   Bag type dust catcher is a dust filtration device in dry condition. It is applicable to capture small, drying, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth and non-textile felt. It filter the dusty gas by the use of the filter effects on fiber fabric. When dusty gas goes into the bag type dust catcher, those large particles and big specific gravity dust settling into ash hopper because of the action of gravity. When The fine dust in the gas through filter material. Dust were intercepted, and the gas get cleaned up.

     Generally, collection efficiency of new filter material is not high enough. Using filter material after period of time, because of the effect of sieving-analysis, collision, retention, diffusion, static and so on. A layer of dust accumulated on the surface of filter bag. It is called early layer. In the later process of exercise, the early layer became basically filter layer. Rely on the role of the early layer, filter material whose nets hole is lage also can get higer filtering efficiency. Along with the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter material, efficiency and resistance will be increased. But when the pressure on both sides of the filter material is difference largely, some tiny motes who attached to the filter material will be squeezed into bags, and making the efficiency of the dust catcher lossed. So when the resistance up to a certain value, machine must be cleaned in time. Early layer can not be destroyed when cleaning the machine, in order to avoid efficiency loss.
